Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your profile data, immigration assessments, and history will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Option 1 — Delete In-App (Instant)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the GoMigrant.AI app:

Open the GoMigrant.AI app
Tap the Profile or Settings icon
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@gomigrant.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your account.

We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion the following are permanently removed: your profile and immigration history, AI assessments and quiz answers, uploaded documents, and account credentials. Billing records required by law are retained for up to 7 years per our Privacy Policy.
